This is my angel, my love, my fiancee, Sarah. She posed for me a while back and I finally decided that I had to like one of my sketches enough to put it up. I always get frustrated because I can never capture how beautiful she is in my drawings. This one in particular, however, I enjoyed. She posed for me using a sheet to proxy for a kimono as I wanted to do the yukioe (sp?) style of work. Sadly I know little about it save that it is basically old, Japanese pin-ups. ^_^
Still, I ended up being mostly happy with this sketch. I'm thinking about adding a background, but as things stand, this is the finished work.
A huge thank you and I love you to my beautiful fiancee and model, without whom this would've been a black piece of paper. I love you, Sarah.
